Rustlers Chili Mix

Mildly hot. Cilantro gives it a sweet flavor. Very tasty. Makes 2 batches, 2 1/2 quarts each.

INSTRUCTIONS: Add one package of "Rustler's Chili Mix" to the following:

1 to 1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger, browned and drained
3 - 5.5 oz. cans of Spicy V8
1 -15 oz. can of tomato sauce
3 - 15 oz. cans of diced tomatoes
(1 - 15 oz. can of red or white beans is optional)

Stir well, simmer for 30 minutes and add salt to taste.

INGREDIENTS: Onion, Bell Peppers, Celery, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper, Cilantro, Chimayo Powder, Jalapeno Powder, Lime Powder and other Spices.

SERVING SIZE = 8 fl. oz. liquid or 4.6 gr. dry One pouch contains two bags that make 10 servings each.

Rustlers Chili: This is a sweet chili, with a tomato base. VERY tasty. Try adding some Past to it....or even leave out the beans and use as a Spaghetti Sauce
