1. Choose the product you wish to view by clicking on an item in the left column.
2. When you have chosen an item that you wish to purchase, choose the cost (There are different prices, depending on how many you order) and the quantity that you are ordering.
3. Click "SUBMIT". You will then see two boxes. "OK" and "Cancel". Click "OK" to view your Shopping Cart or click "Cancel" to continue shopping. ANYTIME you want to see what you have ordered and what the freight charges will be, click on the "View Shopping Cart" in left menu. After viewing your cart, you will be able to check out or click the bar that says "Continue Shopping" in the lower right of the screen. At anytime you can delete individual items or empty the entire cart. You are not bound to purchase just because you have put items in your shopping cart. Even after you have totally completed your order and placed it, you can still cancel it. Just call our toll free number to cancel. 1-800-676-8790.
4. When you are ready to check out, go to your shopping cart. Review it and make sure you agree with what has been ordered. Make any changes, if necessary. Then choose your shipping method. Standard Mail or 2 to 3 day Priority. Shipping and handling charges are based on actual weight of items.
5. Next choose your method of payment.
a. "Secure Credit Card Transaction" (Most people use this method) You complete the information and the merchandise will be shipped.
b. "Credit Card Transaction Via Telephone" This is used when you dont not want to transmit your card over the internet. You transmit your order to us without the credit card information and then call us with the credit card number.
c. "Check or Money Order" The order will be transmitted to us, be processed and held until your check or money order is received.
6. After you have completed the above steps, click on the "Click to Purchase" bar and you will be taken to the information screen. This must be completed in full. There is a "comments" box that you can use to send us special instructions, ask questions or.....if you are sending this as a gift, tell us what you want on a card and we will include it with the shipment. Also, put you "Smuggler's Gold" ID# in here for the "Free Freight" and free veggie dip. When this is completed, click the "Enter" bar at the bottom. On the next screen it will show your order and you can hit the "Print" button on your browser to print a copy. You will also receive an EMail confirmation
