Lemon Cheesecake

INSTRUCTIONS: In a bowl, using a fork, blend contents of package , one 8oz. package of Softened Cream Cheese, one Tablespoon of Warm Water and 1/2 stick of Softened Butter. Chill for approximately 1/2 hour. Add 8 oz. of Cool Whip and mix by hand until thoroughly blended. Place mixture in a ready made Graham Cracker Crust and chill for at least an hour. Enjoy!!!

VARIATIONS: To use as a Fruit Dip, use 4 oz. of Cream Cheese and 12 oz. of Cool Whip instead of 8 oz. and 8 oz.
